H.O.M.E.S. offers a comprehensive range of services to individuals, such as preparing meals, cleaning and laundry services. Assisting with activities of daily living such as grooming, getting dressed or shopping. We also can provide supervised services including care such as Peer Support to those diagnosed with Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Traumatic brain injury (TBI) care, along with other mental health diagnosis such as Dementia and memory care. We also provide transportation to doctors' appointments, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and more. Our goal is to ensure that individuals receive the exceptional care and attention they deserve.
H.O.M.E.S. offers residential group homes in addition to in-home care, H.O.M.E.S. residential group homes, provides a supportive community environment while receiving the care and assistance you need. Our residential homes are set to accommodate and support individuals and offer a comfortable living space for our residents.
